Whether you are delivering Foundation-provided items to a senior living community, helping support teachers, participating in community outreach, or helping us recognize someone whose contributions deserve to be seen, your time can make an extraordinary difference.

Already registered with THWF?

If you already have a THWF Volunteer Registration ID, you do not need to register again. Please use your existing Registration ID when submitting a Volunteer Referral Request or other THWF volunteer forms. If your contact information has changed or you have forgotten your Registration ID, contact THWF at hiddenwarriorsfoundation@gmail.com.

Volunteer Photo Required
After submitting this registration, please email a recent, clear photo of yourself showing your face to hiddenwarriorsfoundation@gmail.com. Use the subject line “Volunteer Photo – Your Full Name.” Your photo will be used for volunteer identification and verification and may be shared with a participating organization when you are being referred for a volunteer opportunity.

I understand that my volunteer registration is not complete until The Hidden Warriors Foundation receives my identification photo by email. I authorize The Hidden Warriors Foundation to use and share my submitted photo and relevant volunteer information with participating organizations for volunteer referral, identification, and verification purposes.

What happens next?
After you submit this form and email your required volunteer photo, The Hidden Warriors Foundation will add your information to our volunteer network and may contact you when volunteer opportunities become available. When an opportunity involves another organization, your participation is subject to acceptance by that organization and any screening, training, supervision, or other requirements it establishes. Registration with THWF does not guarantee placement with or acceptance by any participating organization.
