The Hidden Warriors Foundation reserves the right to review, verify, edit, decline, postpone, remove, or discontinue consideration or publication of any nomination or story at its discretion.
A nomination alone does not constitute endorsement, verification, sponsorship, affiliation, or official recognition by The Hidden Warriors Foundation.

Individuals submitting nominations, stories, photographs, videos, documents, or other information are responsible for providing information they reasonably believe to be accurate.

Photographs, Videos, Stories, and Submitted Materials

Submission of materials does not automatically mean that The Hidden Warriors Foundation will publish or publicly use those materials. Foundation Name and Representation

No individual may represent themselves as an employee, officer, authorized spokesperson, agent, fundraiser, or representative of The Hidden Warriors Foundation unless expressly authorized by the Foundation.
Foundation volunteers may act only within the scope of activities authorized by The Hidden Warriors Foundation. Volunteer status does not independently authorize an individual to enter agreements, solicit funds, make commitments, speak on behalf of the Foundation, or bind the Foundation to any obligation.
Foundation Ambassadors help share awareness of the Foundation and its mission but are not employees, agents, spokespersons, fundraisers, or legal representatives of The Hidden Warriors Foundation.
